Abstract
Great Russian thinker and poet F.I. Tyutchev, who originally introduced the word «russophobia», drew attention to the fact that in addition to the western russophobia «internal» Russian Russophobia existed. The «Polish elements» became a part of it as a reflection of the unresolved Polish issue - one of the most pressing issues of the internal policy of Russia. The article examines the examples of Russian political journalism (the works of F. H. Duhinski and J. Pilsudski.) of the above-mentioned period on this topic.

The article examines the possibility of the formation of the modern concept of image of Russia in the paradigm of «soft power». The author emphasizes that branding strategy should systematically cover several major areas: mass communication, public diplomacy, culture and sports, the activities of organizations of compatriots abroad, information image campaigns in connection with national holidays and anniversaries.

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the cultural differences between the Russian and foreign professionals (expats) from the EU and the US working together in Russia. The article demonstrates that in multinational labor collectives business and professional exchange among employees take place against the backdrop of the continuing cultural distance, which is expressed in different attitudes to power, risk and group interests. At the same time, both among the Russian professionals and the expats it is possible to distinguish polar groups, one of which represents basic set of values of its culture, and the other - a set of values which are closer to the neighbor culture.

Abstract
The author explores the methodology of complex geo-ecological zoning aimed at identification of the isolation regions with similar trajectories of development of relations in the system «nature and society». The author analyzes the uniqueness of the concept of geo-ecological zoning, involving the allocation of total areas or areas-kompazhey. The author substantiates the role of factors influencing the formation of the regions, suggests the relationship among different types of factors in the formation of regions in different historical and geographical contexts. The article contains proposals to correct the types of regions in accordance with the proposed approach.

Abstract
The author explores the dynamics of the historical and socio-cultural cooperation between the state and the Muslim community in the Republic of Bashkortostan, criticizes some historiographical stereotypes, in particular, the exaggeration of the role of Bulgar in islamization of the region. The author examines the basic moments of conflict within the Ummah Bashkiria, structurally marks its main actors, including Sufi tar-iqahs and Wahhabi jamaat. The author discloses the nature of the interaction between national and ethno-religious movement of Bashkir youth. The author determines the cause of the spread of Salafism among young people, shows the similarities and differences in the motives of neophytes in comparison with other «Muslim» republics of Russia.

Abstract
The task of improvement of the effectiveness of the energy supply company on the basis of reducing costs comes down to the contraction of the prime cost of customer service. In this case the main difficulty is to calculate the prime cost of the customer service, especially the allocation of indirect costs that can be implemented in terms of the process-oriented analysis of profitability based on a combination of the concepts of balanced scorecard system and process-oriented management including the method of cost accounting and budget management.
