Abstract
The author proposes and substantiates the conception of efficiency of regulatory controls on the territorial systems, depending on the compliance of these controls with the systemic nature of the object of regulation. In this regard, the perception of territorial systems as environments of self-organization and objects of the regulatory controls is specified. The author defines the conditions of stable functioning of such systems, pattern of their transformation and the main types of regulatory controls, and criticizes the ideology of governmental regulatory controls on the territorial systems via support of “points of increase”, and on the situation in singleindustry towns.

Abstract
The article is devoted to an integrated approach to the study of processes of precarization in the world and Russia. The author shows that depending on the used methodology and identify of the precarization's source, the phenomenon of formation of a new social class - prekariata - will be assessed (qualitatively and quantitatively) differently. Various research concepts, putting into focus the role of public policy, or economic and technological change, or transformation of attitudes, will operate by various aspects of precarization.

Abstract
The author analyzes the Bank of Russia statistical data on the accumulated foreign direct investments in the Russian Federation on January 1, 2015.Special attention is paid to the structure of accumulated investments by countries and economic activities and the specifics of Moscow. The article considers the evaluating possibility of the role of offshore capital in the Russian regions and factors of regional differentiation on this indicator.

Abstract
The article discusses some aspects of the political and administrative networks. Considering the management of political networks, representing the most complex type of social networking, because of the high degree of nonlinearity and uncertainty occurring processes, there are not comprehensive studies to determine the mechanisms controlling such network entities. This article describes one of the possible approaches to identify key actors in the network to formulate several mechanisms of the whole network control.

Abstract
The article questions the conventional wisdom regarding the imminent exhaustion of mineral resources and mineral and energy resources. The development of modern technological solutions will allow improving the completeness and comprehensiveness of resource use and significantly prolonging the depletion of specific fields.
