Abstract
The article diagnosed explanatory failure of traditional approaches in the theory of international relations applied to the modern world politics. The author shows the contradictions between the facts of world politics and the methodology of realistic, liberal, neo-Marxist, and constructivist schools. The author proposes a new integrated explanatory model of foreign policy-making related to the development of axiological approach. The main problem, creating cognitive conflicts, is detected in discrepancy between the publicly articulated and latent values of subjects implementing foreign policy. In the article it is proved that the global manipulation of the mass consciousness exists to camouflage the original values of the designers of the world. The author proposes an illustrative range of modern cognitive manipulation in the description of political processes.

Abstract
The staggering number of specialized reports published by leading consulting firms and research groups clearly demonstrates that political risk is a factor widely followed by international business community. Nevertheless, as paradoxical as it may seem, in spite of the general awareness to political risk, only few companies are actually monitoring and managing it on a regular basis. Most corporations limit themselves to publicly available data provided by mainstream media or consulting firms and follow the ready-made generic recommendations issued by bodies such as national and international regulators, major think tanks, and specialized unions. Recent events in Ukraine, Middle East and Africa, though, show that political factors are being more than ever crucial to international business and accentuate the problematic of integrated corporate political risk management. Present paper analyses several notorious manifestations of political risk which took place in the last years. It particularly focuses on the chain effect of the losses and damages these risks have caused to various actors, including but not limited to business entities. Our main goal consists in demonstrating that political risk management must become a part of every firm’s responsibility as international mitigation programs and government surveillance alone become insufficient measures to maintain the security standards in the global perspective.

Abstract
The article contains existing approaches to bureaucracy. There were defined 4 main management principles in bureaucratic organization on basis of Max Weber’s “rational bureaucracy” theory. They are: hierarchy, specialization, formalization, regulation. There were also defined the very advantages and disadvantages of these principles in accordance with the constraints are made by them. Additionally the management efficiency increase limits were discovered. The growth of both organization structure and the executive process complexity within the organization (as consequences of its growing scale) were named as an objective cause of bureaucratization level increase. At the same time a management team unreadiness to act in conditions of organization scale enlargement can be named as a subjective cause of bureaucratization level increase. Main trends (tendencies) of modern bureaucratic organization development were found due to the in-depth public authority functioning practice analysis. They are: complication of executive system, management virtualization, control hypertrophy, violation of specialization. There were also named the sources of these trends and several methods to overcome them.
