On the issue of the management of political and administrative networks

Abstract

The article discusses some aspects of the political and administrative networks. Considering the management of political networks, representing the most complex type of social networking, because of the high degree of nonlinearity and uncertainty occurring processes, there are not comprehensive studies to determine the mechanisms controlling such network entities. This article describes one of the possible approaches to identify key actors in the network to formulate several mechanisms of the whole network control.
