The academic journal “Outlines of global transformations: politics, economics, law” was registered on October 5^th, 2016 by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media as a mass media organization. Certificate of registration: ПИ № ФС77-67382. The journal was founded in 2008. Since its foundation and until  mid-2016 it was titled “Problem analysis and public administration projection”. On February 4th, 2021 the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (INION RAN) became the co-founder.
