Цифровая экономика и тенденции политического развития современных обществ
Аннотация
Статья посвящена теоретическому анализу возможных последствий цифровой трансформации современных обществ. Авторы осуществляют сравнительный анализ трех политико-экономических моделей цифровой трансформации: когнитивного капитализма, экономики совместного производства и потребления (Р2Р-экономики) и цифрового тоталитаризма. Делается вывод, что данные теоретические модели отражают противоречивые тенденции развития общества на стадии цифровой трансформации. Авторы высказывают предположение, что в реальности возникнет широкий спектр смешанных политико-экономических моделей цифрового общества, каждая из которых будет включать в себя ту или иную комбинацию проанализированных идеальных типов. Реализация той или иной модели будет зависеть от группы факторов, включающих национальную структуру экономики, систему международных отношений, территориальную структуру урбанизации и способность (политическую, экономическую и технологическую) того или иного национального государства сохранять свой суверенитет в цифровом мире.
