Legal analysis of the nature of the coordination rules in constitutions of the countries of Northern Europe
Abstract
The author for the first time used the coordination approach to the consideration of legal phenomena, through which we can examine the legal phenomenon from a new angle of view. The author conducts such research on the example of the constitutions of the countries of Northern Europe, using a wide range of legal materials.
