Проводится анализ становления социально-экономического знания за послед ние 20 лет, прослеживаются тенденции в развитии социально-экономических и гуманитарных наук, обосновывается необходимость активизации усилий в исследовании социально-экономических проблем, предложена концепция триединого знания, закладывающая основу для формирования государственной политики в управлении высшим образованием и определения приоритетов развития российских университетов на различных территориальных уровнях.
The article analyzes the formation of socioeconomic knowledge over the past 20 years, there is a tendency in the development of socio-economic sciences and humanities, the necessity to intensify efforts in the study of socio-economic problems , proposed the concept of the triune knowledge lays the foundation for the formation of public policy in higher education and prioritization of development of Russian universities at different territorial levels.
