В статье рассматриваются дискуссионные вопросы соотношения объективного и субъективного в познании сущности и роли «разведывательного сообщества» в формировании текущей геополитики и будущего мирового порядка, роль личности политического руководителя в разработке и осуществлении стратегии развития и отношений между странами. Дается оценка взглядов Д. Фридмана на роль и место США в складывающемся мировом порядке, а также его позиции в системе отношений («угасания» и «возрождения» государств) между ведущими субъектами (игроками) на мировом «поле». Оцениваются спорные суждения оппонента и выдвигаются собственные взгляды на выдвигаемые проблемы современных международных отношений.
The article studies the debatable issues of the objective and subjective in an insight into the essence and the role of ‘the intelligence community’ in shaping the current geopolitics and the future world order. The role of personality, a political leader of state in elaboration and implementation of the strategy of development and the relations between states. At the same time, the article provides assessment of D. Friedman’s views on his understanding of the role and place of the USA in the developing world order and of his position in ‘fading’ and ‘rebirth’ system of relationships between the leading actors in the international arena. The article assesses the opponent’s debatable judgements and describes personal views on topical issues of modern international relations.
