На базе открытых разработок построена преобладающая часть цифровой инфраструктуры государств объединения: от госсервисов и социальных сетей до систем искусственного интеллекта. При этом страны БРИКС заинтересованы не только в использовании и адаптации сторонних открытых решений, но и в развитии собственных разработок за счет открытого подхода. Такая стратегия позволяет привлекать дополнительные ресурсы и экспертизу, эффективнее выводить цифровые продукты на зарубежные рынки и выстраивать доверительные отношения с заказчиками и широким спектром заинтересованных сторон. Тем не менее до сих пор внимание ученых было сосредоточено исключительно на опыте стран Запада, сформировавших сам институт открытых цифровых технологий и являющихся лидерами в этой области. В связи с этим приобретает актуальность вопрос: каковы особенности и перспективы развития цифровых технологий на базе открытого подхода в странах БРИКС? Изучение данного вопроса позволит улучшить понимание того, как государства-участники объединения извлекают из открытого подхода стратегические преимущества: укрепляют технологический суверенитет, задают темпы инновационного развития на локальном и международном уровне и формируют новые контуры кооперации. Целью настоящей статьи является анализ развития открытых технологий в странах БРИКС в рамках смены парадигмы: от работы с ними как с внешним фактором к трансформации восприятия открытых решений и появлению возможностей для кооперации на базе организаций – участниц открытых проектов. Данные аспекты не рассматривались в комплексе в отечественной и зарубежной научной литературе, лишь фрагментарно охватывающей проблематику открытых цифровых технологий. Настоящая статья обладает и практической значимостью для управленцев и корпоративных стратегов – раскрывает контекст развития открытых цифровых решений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Open source technologies are increasingly gaining traction in BRICS. The digital infrastructure within these nations – encompassing government services, social networks, and artificial intelligence systems – is predominantly built upon open source solutions. However, BRICS countries are not only interested in the use of open source but are also seeking to foster the development of their own digital products in an open environment. Following this strategy makes it possible to facilitate the accumulation of resources and expertise, enable effective marketing of digital products outside their country of origin, and establish long-term relationships with consumers as well as other stakeholders. Yet, researchers have predominantly focused on the experiences of Western nations that have institutionalized the open approach to digital technology development and have subsequently led the field. In this context, an important question arises: what are the experiences and perspectives regarding digital technology open sourcing within BRICS? Investigating these matters will enhance our understanding of how BRICS nations strategically benefit from the open approach, particularly with respect to their technological sovereignty, the acceleration of innovation, and their competition for technological leadership. The purpose of this study is to analyze digital technology open sourcing within BRICS. This encompasses understanding of open source as an external factor, the transformation of its perception, and promising opportunities for cooperation in the realm of open source, particularly based on the activities of organizations that are open sourcing their digital products. These aspects have not been collectively examined in a single study. Furthermore, the contextual insights provided in this study will be beneficial for managers and corporate strategists.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>БРИКС</kwd><kwd>цифровые технологии</kwd><kwd>технологический суверенитет</kwd><kwd>открытые технологии</kwd><kwd>новые формы кооперации</kwd><kwd>стратегическое управление</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>BRICS</kwd><kwd>digital technology</kwd><kwd>technological sovereignty</kwd><kwd>open source&#13;
