Рассматривается деятельность Алтайского губернского экономического совещания в 1920-гг., важное место в работе которого занимали вопросы развития сельского хозяйства в условиях НЭПа. Особое внимание уделено проблеме необходимости перехода к коллективной форме ведения хозяйства.
The author considers the activity of the Altai provincial economic meeting in the 1920s in some places, which was occupied by the questions of development of agriculture in the conditions of the NEP. Special attention is paid to the problem of the need to design the form of collective farming.
