Цель статьи – раскрыть влияние цифровизации на деятельность казахстанских заводов отрасли агромашиностроения, производящих разнообразные машины и оборудование агротехнического характера, отметить юридические особенности этого влияния, а также раскрыть влияние цифровизации на  развитие интеллектуализированных, автоматизированных процессов на этих заводах, посредством которых можно коренным образом изменить производство агромашиностроительных заводов Республики Казахстан, всей отрасли сельскохозяйственного машиностроения. С  учетом мирового опыта цифровизации в  процессе аналитического изложения внесены рекомендации о  необходимости принятия ряда новых казахстанских законов, международных соглашений и  конвенций по  проблемам цифровизации и  интеллектуализации заводов сельскохозяйственного машиностроения страны. Суть практической и  теоретической значимости полученных авторами результатов проявляется в том, что производство и  сбыт агротехнических машин неразрывно связаны между собой, поэтому логично то, что  они предлагают подвергнуть сплошной цифровизации все этапы производства и  экспорта произведенных в  Казахстане сельскохозяйственных машин. Основанные на  зарубежном опыте авторские рекомендации по  улучшению принимаемых актов национального законодательства и  новых международных конвенций приведут к  высоким показателям в  развитии сельскохозяйственного машиностроения в Республике Казахстан.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance and expediency of the study of the problem in this scientific article is due to the development and active introduction of new digital technologies in the developed countries of the world in the manufacturing industry, including agricultural engineering, and, in connection with this, the increasing interest on the part of the Kazakh state and specialists in the legal regulation of the planned digitalization of the agrotechnical engineering industry of the republic. The article reveals the content of the impact of digitalization on the activities of Kazakh factories of the agro-machinery industry, producing a variety of machines and equipment of an agrotechnical nature, on the legal features of this influence, on the development of intellectualized, automated processes at these plants, through which it is possible to radically change the essence of the production of agro-machinery plants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the entire branch of agricultural engineering. Taking into account the world experience of digitalization in the process of analytical presentation, recommendations were made on the need to adopt a number of new Kazakh laws, new international agreements and conventions on the problems of digitalization and intellectualization of agricultural machinery plants in the country. The essence of the practical and theoretical significance of the results obtained by the authors is manifested in the fact that the production and sale of agricultural machinery are inextricably linked concepts, therefore it is logical that they propose to digitalize all stages of production and export of agricultural machinery produced in Kazakhstan.
