Рассмотрены проблемы правового регулирования документоведения РФ; проанализированы характерные особенности правового закрепления ведения документооборота в России разных времен; выявлена и обоснована необходимость развития законодательного регулирования документоведения в России с учетом развития современных технологий.
The author considers the problems of the legal regulation of records management in the Russian Federation; analyzes the features of the legal confirmation of the records management in Russia at different times; identifies and justifies the necessity of the legal regulation of the records management in Russia taking into account the development of modern technologies. Based on this analysis the author formulates offers of development the legal acts that perpetuate the form of documents as well as their legal status in the country.
